The rental day runs from the store's opening time to its closing time (see seasonal and off-season
hours).
Any rental day that has started is fully due. The deposit amount cannot, under any circumstances, be used to
cover an extension of the rental period.
In case of contract termination, no refund can be granted.
The renter agrees to use the bike with care and to ensure its maintenance.
The renter is not authorized to carry out major repairs on the bike or to lend it to a third party without
the
rental company’s consent.
It is strictly forbidden to ride on the beach with the bikes.
Any breakage, puncture and/or loss of equipment is the customer’s responsibility.
Lost keys and/or lock = 10 Euros
Lost helmet = 20 Euros
Other breakages = Charges depending on the damaged equipment
A piece of identification is required for all rentals, as well as a deposit of 350 Euros for adult hybrid
bikes, 400 Euros for adult mountain bikes, 250 Euros for children's bikes and trailers, 1100 Euros for
electric
bikes, and 2100 Euros for electric mountain bikes.
The deposit amount cannot, under any circumstances, cover a rental period extension.
In case of contract termination, no refund can be granted.
The renter is always responsible for any bodily or material damage caused while using the rented bicycle in
their custody (according to articles 1383 and 1384 of the French Civil Code).
Except in cases of force majeure, any accident must be reported as soon as possible, and no later than
within 24
hours.
